1. Legal Basis & Controller Details

PixelNuvio operates as the Data Controller in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is processed exclusively for commercial scoping, service execution, invoice processing, and statutory compliance.

2. Categories of Data Processed

Client Identification: Name, business email, telephone contact, corporate entity.
Design Assets & Tokens: Wireframe mockups, brand assets, and prototype feedback submitted during client engagements.
Payment Tokens: Handled securely via Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

Commissioning UX audits, design sprints, or retainer subscriptions from PixelNuvio represents complete acceptance of the following commercial covenants.

1. Intellectual Property & Design Token Assignment

Upon full payment of project invoices, 100% of all intellectual property, Figma design files, design token variables, and custom component source code are irrevocably transferred to the client.

2. Milestone Verification & Acceptance

Design milestones undergo structured asynchronous review. Feedback cycles are executed within 3 business days to maintain strict sprint velocity.

CLAUSE 4.2

Initial sprint deposit retainers are 100% refundable within 4 business days of kickoff if discovery specifications are not mutually ratified. Retainers are cancelable at the conclusion of any 30-day billing cycle.
